OptiBiz Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026 • Effective upon account creation or use of OptiBiz.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OptiBiz (available at optibiz.app or its authorized subdomains), creating an account, or authenticating via Google Sign-In or email credentials, you enter into a binding agreement with OptiBiz. If you represent an organization or business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Scope of Services

OptiBiz is a multi-tenant business operating system providing inventory management, point-of-sale recording, customer ledger tracking, order fulfillment, invoicing, staff permission controls, and storefront integration. We connect with Visibility (visibility.com.ng) to power public ecommerce websites.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. When authenticating through Google ("Continue with Google"), OptiBiz requests only basic, non-sensitive identity metadata (full name, email address, and profile photo) using standard scopes (openid, email, profile).

We never access, request, or store your Google password, contacts, files, or sensitive Google account data.

4. Tenant Data Isolation and Ownership

You own all business records, inventory data, transaction entries, and customer contacts created in your OptiBiz workspace. Every record is scoped to your business tenant ID and guarded by strict database Row Level Security (RLS). OptiBiz does not share or sell your business data to other tenants or third parties.

5. Commercial Transactions and Payments

OptiBiz provides tools to log sales, record cash/transfer receipts, and connect verified Paystack merchant accounts for processing online payments. Payment processing is governed by Paystack terms. OptiBiz does not hold or store credit/debit card numbers directly on our servers.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use OptiBiz to:

  • Facilitate fraudulent transactions or money laundering.
  • Sell illicit, counterfeit, or prohibited goods under Nigerian law.
  • Attempt unauthorized penetration, security circumvention, or denial of service attacks.

7. Account Termination & Data Deletion

You may close your account and request complete erasure of your business data at any time. For step-by-step procedures, refer to our User Data Deletion Instructions.
